Meetings

RMPPG holds meetings, provides educational programs to enhance professional development, and sponsors social/networking events throughout the year. Events are held on varying days of the week, usually in the Boulder/Denver area. Meetings are generally free and open to the public.

• Mini-presentations with Q&A discussions by a writer; copy/manuscript editor; proofreader; graphic designer/typesetter; indexer; and project manager. These freelancers will each take 5 minutes to describe what it’s like to work in their respective publishing professions and how that role fits into the total publishing picture, as well as how each role interacts with others in the publishing–production sequence.

•  Meet and greet other RMPPG members:  An opportunity for people to introduce themselves and visit with others informally.
